Using Bleedwise

Effective 18 September 2026

Bleedwise is a prototype developed by AuraHack as a participant in HackitRx 2026. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

What Bleedwise is

Bleedwise helps you check the signs of a possible bleed, follow the treatment plan you have recorded from your own clinic, and keep a record of what happened. It repeats the plan you enter. It does not calculate doses, diagnose a bleed, or give medical advice.

What Bleedwise is not

  • Not a medical device, and not registered with the Health Sciences Authority.
  • Not a replacement for your haemophilia treatment centre, your doctor or emergency services.
  • Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any hospital or haemophilia treatment centre.
  • Not a monitored channel. Sharing a bleed does not mean anyone is watching in real time. Your care team sees it when they are next in.

In an emergency call 995 or go to the nearest Accident and Emergency department.

Your responsibilities

  • Enter your treatment plan exactly as your clinic gave it to you, and update it when it changes.
  • Follow your clinic's instructions over anything shown in the app.
  • Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.
  • Use a caregiver account only for a person you genuinely care for.

Clinical content

Guidance in the app is informed by the World Federation of Hemophilia Guidelines for the Management of Hemophilia, 3rd edition. Bleedwise is not endorsed by WFH. Content marked as draft has not been signed off by a clinician.

Availability

This is a hackathon prototype. It may change, break or be withdrawn without notice, and data may be deleted when the project ends. We will try to tell you first.
